aktivit ujung minggu...

minggu ni beraktiviti macam biasa... hehehe.. minggu ni buat carrot cake utk pot luck kat umah maria.. requested by yann.. hopefully sedaplah kek tu yer yann.. kemudian buat kek sebijik lagik.. coklat cake tapi tak guna coklat ganache.. guna swiss meringue buttercream.. yang ini lak adalah kek khas utk mr.b210.. hehehe.. kemudian hari sabtu, menu dinner adalah ayam panggang ngan mashed potato.. apa2 hal, tgk gmbr jerlah ek..hehehe

kek coklat with swiss meringue buttercream.. 1st time melukis gmbr.. freehand lak tu.. nasib baik gmbr senang.. hehehe

kenapa saya suka buat kek.. ni lah sebab nyer.. suka sgt guna mixer ni.. hehehe..

resepi swiss meringue buttercream dr website martha stewart.. guna utk kek doraemon di atas.. hehehe..

Makes about 9 cups, enough for about 28 cupcakes

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 10 large egg whites
  • 4 cups (8 sticks or 2 pounds) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place sugar and egg whites in the heat-proof bowl of an electric mixer. Set bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, and whisk until sugar has dissolved and egg whites are hot to the touch, about 3 minutes. Test by rubbing the mixture between your fingers; it should feel completely smooth.
  2. Transfer bowl to mixer stand. Using the whisk attachment, beat on high speed until mixture has cooled completely and formed stiff and glossy peaks, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the butter, one piece at a time, and beat until incorporated after each addition. Don't worry if the buttercream appears curdled after all the butter has been added; it will become smooth again with continued beating. Add vanilla, and beat just until combined.
  4. Switch to the paddle attachment, and beat on the lowest speed to eliminate any air pockets, about 5 minutes. If using buttercream within several hours, cover bowl with plastic wrap, and set aside at room temperature in a cool environment. Or transfer to an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator, up to 3 days. Before using, bring buttercream to room temperature, and beat on the lowest speed with the paddle attachment until smooth, about 5 minutes.

keropok lekor..

mencuba buat keropok lekor.. memula buat dgn tuna kemudian buat dgn ikan selayang.. hehehe

cubaan pertama.. buat dhn tuna chunks...

kali kedua buat.. guna ikan selayang...

goreng keropok.. buat bekal ari ni...


Khas buat bel.. hehehe

resepi.. utk keropok tuna, zd pakai resepi dr amnet..

Keropok Lekor Ikan Tuna
Bahan-bahan ( untuk 1 orang makan )
• 1 tin kecil tuna flakes (185 gram)
• 1 cawan tepung jagung
• garam/serbuk lada hitam secukup rasa
• air untuk merebus
Cara-cara
1. Toskan air atau minyak ikan tuna. Masukkan isi ikan tuna dalam mangkuk dan gaulkan tepung jagung sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi doh yg tidak melekat ditangan.
2. Masukkan garam dan serbuk lada hitam secukup rasa (serbuk lada hitam optional). Bahagikan kepada 4 bahagian dan gentelkan panjang panjang macam gambar sebelah.
3. Panaskan air didalam periuk hingga mendidih. Masukkan keropok tadi dan rebus sehingga keropok timbul. Angkat, toskan, dan biarkan sejuk.
4. Setelah sejuk, hiris nipis dan bolehlah digoreng seperti biasa. Enjoy

untuk keropok ikan selayang.. zd ambik dr myresepi..
Bahan-bahan ( 10 org )

* 1 kilo ikan kembung/ selayang
* 500 g tepung kanji/ubi @ seeloknya tepung sagu
* sedikit garam
* beberapa ketul kiub ais/air batu
* Air secukupnya (agak2 le)

Cara-cara

1. Asingkan isi ikan dari tulangnya, kemudian tumbuk @ cincang halus2.
2. Sambil tumbuk halus isi ikan tadi masukkan kiub ais tadi sikit demi sikit.
3. Gaulkan tepung bersama dengan isi ikan tadi sambil masukkan sedikit garam dan air ( agak2 le).
4. Akhir sekali uli bahan2 tadi bentuk kan menjadi bulat memanjang dan rebus kedalam air mendidih. bila dah timbul angkat , sejukkan dan bolehlah goreng dan makan..

aktiviti ujung minggu

aktiviti ujung minggu br ni.. huh.. nampak sgt takder aktiviti lain time weekdays kan.. hehehe.. takder hal lah.. kita mulakan dgn ari sabtu.. ari sabtu cam biasalah.. terbangun lambat... so tak ikut mama n masmi ker kl.. kenalah memasak di hari sabtu.. minggu ni masak gulai ayam n buat kek durian.. sedap gak kek ni.. kena lak ada topping cream cheese.. mmg sedap... hari ahad lak, buat laksa johor.. tak masak lebih2 pun sbb dah nak balik melaka.. sebelum balik melaka tu, gi lah jumpa mr.b210 jap (kejap ker??).. hehehe.. apa2 pun layan gmbr jerlah ek..

potong untuk abah yer.. hehehe

laksa johor untuk hari ahad...

hantaran di majlis pertunangan yuyi..

ari tu zd letak gmbr kek yang dibuat utk majlis pertunangan yuyi.. kali ni zd letak gmbr semua hantaran di majlis tersebut.. memula hantaran adalah 5 berbalas 7 oleh pihak perempuan.. tapi last minit, pihak perempuan kata bertambah lak hantaran.. disebabkan jauh, takperlah.. kitorg still bwk 5... tema hijau belah kitorg.. n tema purple belah pompuan...

resepi...

resepi utk biscotti yang zd buat.. choc hazelnut biscotti.. ikut resepi dr martha steward.. resepi asal choc pistachio biscotti.. sbb takder pistachio zd tukar kepada hazelnut... hehehe.. manakala almond biscotti, ikut resepi dr joy of baking...

Chocolate-Pistachio Biscotti

Ingredients

Makes 44

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir in pistachios and chocolate. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, vanilla, and cocoa. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until combined (dough will be stiff, so mix with hands if necessary).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Divide dough in half and place on sheet. Shape into two 2 1/2-by-12-inch logs and sprinkle top of each with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake until risen and firm, 15 to 20 minutes. Let logs cool completely on sheet, about 30 minutes.
  3. Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Using a serrated knife, cut logs crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Arrange slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake until biscotti are dry, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. (To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature, up to 1 week.)


Almond biscotti

1 cup (145 grams) blanched whole almonds, toasted and chopped coarsely

1 teaspoon (5 grams) baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cups (280 grams) all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract

Direction

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Toast almonds for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool and then chop coarsely. Set aside.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl lightly beat the eggs and extracts together. Set aside.

In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer) combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until blended (about 30 seconds). Gradually add the egg mixture and beat until a dough forms, adding almonds about halfway through. With floured hands divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface roll each half of dough into a log about 10 inches (25 cm) long and 2 inches (5 cm) wide. Transfer logs to the prepared baking sheet, spacing the logs about 3 inches (7.5 cm) apart, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firm to the touch (logs will spread during baking). Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.

Transfer logs to a cutting board and, using a serrated knife, cut log into slices 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick on the diagonal. Arrange evenly on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, turn slices over, and bake another 10 minutes or until firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

setelah berminggu, akhirnyer ada aktiviti ujung minggu.. hehehe.. 12 julai br ni, adalah besday mama zd.. aktiviti membuat kek utk family dan juga utk dibawa ker surau.. Happy birthday mama.. semoga dipanjangkan umur dan dimurahkan rezeki.. hehehe... kita tgk gambar jerlah ek..hehehe

buah mangga

tetiba citer pasal buah mangga kan?? hehehe.. br ni kazen zd ada dtg dr jertih utk majlis pertunangan adik zd.. kazen zd sorg lagik kirimlah buah mangga ni.. dia kirim sebiji jer.. tapi berat buah mangga tu 2.75kg sebiji.. mmg besar.. tapi buah mangga ni tak sedap makan time masak.. tapi makan time separa masak mmg best.. kenalak makan ngan kuah rojak makbee.. perghhhhh... hehehehe...

ni lah buah mangga nya...

buah mangga atas penimbang.. hehehe.. kang korang tak caya lak...
